  • Prepares consolidated internal and external financial statements by gathering and analyzing information.
  • Maintains and balances an automated consolidation system by inputting data.
  • Analyzes information and options by developing spreadsheet reports.
  • Prepares general ledger entries by maintaining records and files as well as reconciling accounts.
  • Prepares payments by accruing expenses.
  • Develops and implement accounting procedures by analyzing current procedures.
  • Answers accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data.
  • Provides accounting support for mergers and acquisitions by reviewing financial information.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
  • Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy/Accounting Technology, others.
  • Preferably with experience of the same field
  • Must be willing to learn, hardworking, and fast learner
  • Must be good in numbers and documentations
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Must possess an analytical mind and can work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent in English communication skills both written and verbal
  • Should have a critical eye to details
  • Can work under pressure and able to meet strict deadlines
  • With good time management and organization skills
