Maintenance and updating of the books of accounts, subsidiary records, and other accounting and financial records, both for management and statutory reporting
Clean and smooth closing of books and ledgers at each month, quarter and yearend. Following company policy, process and procedure in closing
Provide operations report
Compliance to all statutory/government reportorial and other requirements
Timely preparation of the financial reports
Ensure compliance on local statutory/tax regulations, completion and submission of various tax/statutory reports based on the prescribed deadlines to avoid penalties, interest and surcharges.
Coordination with all pertinent local and national government officials related to conduct and/or compliance of business operation
Ensure timely preparation, filing and payments of payroll and entity taxes
