• Handles all aftersales concerns under Megaworld Alpha and other projects.
• Assists Commission Supervisor in all commission concerns of agents and brokers.
• Attends to clients’ needs such as inquiries on payment, contracts, and other aftersales concerns
regarding purchased units.
• Provide support to agents as necessary for customer-related issues.
• Assists agents with their requests such as ledgers, Statement of Accounts, Contract to Buy and
Sell, etc.
• Requests for Official receipts from treasury/AR Doc and transmit to clients/agents as needed.
• Requests and monitors the processing of CTBS/DAS/RWQC/Project Updates/ updates client info.
• Monitors and requests the processing of clients' queries/concerns (payment concerns, pullout of
PDCs)
• Facilitates transfer requests of clients (payment/ownership)
• Coordinates with different departments at the head office (AMD, Treasury, Operations, AP, AR,
MIG, MAG) regarding client concerns.
• Coordination of unit viewing with RFO/BDSG/TMTS group.
• Monitors scanning and filling of all the after-sales documents transmitted to the Head Office.
• Handles turnover process and monitoring.
• Monitors and sends Megaworld Alpha sales personnel’s commission requests for new & refiled
accounts twice a month.
• Coordinates with the AP department regarding commission and requests.
• Monitors and updates the soft file of the commission summary in the database.
• Monitor all the commissions through checks to the Treasury Department.
• Monitors and filing of commission vouchers of Megaworld Alpha sellers.
• Sends out cut-off notifications to Alpha sellers every cut-off.
• Encodes & files Network Partner Information of International & Internal agents.
• Coordinate with AR Docs for the CTBS/DAS of accounts due for commission release.
• Coordinate with AMD for SL accounts with commission requests.
• Checking and verifying all the unqualified accounts.
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
