PRINCIPAL DUTIES

  1. Assist in the tax planning activities and implementation of tax strategies.
  2. Responsible for the monitoring of tax payments and submission of required reportorial requirements of the BIR and other regulatory agencies like local government units.
  3. Serves as principal point of liaison for specified agencies

Accountabilities

  1. In-charge of monitoring compliance with existing BIR and SEC laws and regulations.
  2. Assists in implementation of tax projects and its compliance to deadlines set by management
  3. Ensures accuracy and timeliness of information communicated to parties involved.

Qualifications/Requirements

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of bachelor's degree in accountancy
  • At least two years experience in manufacturing setting in General and Cost Accounting management.
  • Adept in computer operations, and has SAP R3 exposure.
  • Abreast with the latest GAAP, SEC, PEZA and BIR rules and regulations.
  • Familiar with administrative requirements and process of different tax authorities
  • Highly analytical
  • Must be Certified Public Accountant
