Job Title: Record to Report Ops Analyst
Operations Management. Meeting the SLA/KPI target with noiseless operation. Monitor CSS / SNOW incident tickets following the TAT required per severity in terms of closure and RCA. Operational maturity is stable/capable and Intelligent Operation is met based on target. Compliance to controls are adhere by the team; no major findings on all audit (internal/external). Client data protection and Information Security requirements are adhered to. Team is utilizing all OE tools effectively.
Client Management. Client is happy and have positive feedback.
Financial Management. Usage of PD&R, VL/PTO are managed and compliant to the contract. Find opportunities for cost reduction.
Innovation. Drive opportunities for standardization, automation, and innovation. Assist team/deal in deployment of automation initiatives
