Vietnamese Accounts Payable Accountant 

 Job Description:

• • Process PO and non-PO invoices in VIM/SAP
• • Execute and support closing activities (monthly, quarterly, year-end)
• • Check Service Now tickets on daily basis and solve the assigned tickets
• • Manage incoming emails ensuring timely, accurate and customer friendly response
• • Support and provide all relevant data for KPI reporting, internal controls and analysis
• • GRIR G/L reconciliation, Open item clearing and reporting
• • Support Internal/External Audit activities
• • Comply with financial policies and regulations
• • Support to create, maintain and update process descriptions
• • Execute ad-hoc activities given by Supervisor or Management
