WPRIfocused is Sales Staff, Merchandising, Consumer and Trade Promotions to assist its clients in improving their sales figures and help them penetrate their target market. WPRI, is a diversified business services provider which goes from manpower requirement in offices as well as serves as a Tellering and Collecting agent for some of our clients. With its expertise in merchandising and below-the-line activities, WPRI offers comprehensive services in a wide range of Sales and Marketing services which will assure our clients of thorough and effective performance. WPRI is one of the franchisees of Mandarin Tea Garden since 2018 operating the store located at the ground floor of Gaisano Mall, Cagayan de Oro City. WPRI as the mother company, has ventured and manage GALUCKSEA BEACH RESORT, located at Lagonglong Misamis Oriental. It started its soft opening operations in November 2021. WPRI will soon venture in Hardware supply which will assure of steady supply of hardware materials to its client at an affordable price.

We provide carefully selected and qualified personnel to suit our clients’ manpower needs. Our personnel have individual written contract of employment with us. They are carried in our payroll, paid minimum wages, and are given all the fringe benefits provided by law.

7) Salaries and other fringe benefits given to our contracting employees are based on Regional Wage Law. Benefits of our employees like SSS, Phil. Health, 13th Month Pay and other statutory mandatory benefits will be borne by us and will not be a burden to you. Overtime and holiday pays, will be billed to you based on government mandated overtime rates.

8) Billing Statement will be submitted after the payroll date, and we will appreciate payment of our services within seven (7) days after its presentation or seven (7) days from the date the statement is received.

9) Distribution of salaries will be done semi-monthly, that is on the 15th and 30th of the month. But for computation purposes, cut-off dates will be implemented for at least five (5) days prior to payroll dates.

10) Flexibility in your personnel operational requirements will be attained since you can dictate the number of personnel anytime depending upon exigencies in your company.

11) You will be eased of all problems relating to seasonal lay-off since we do all of these for you in line with the job contracting agreement we will design for you.

12) Recommendees from your office and from your employees are always welcome to work with us in any of our client’s companies provided they qualify to the offered vacant position.

13) Operations and the undertakings are managed by our well-trained coordinator/supervisor assigned to your company to oversee completion of this specific job contract.
