Waffle Time Inc. started September of 1998 and its first ever outlet was located at The Atrium Mall in Iloilo City.
By June of 2002 Waffle Time Inc. open its first outlet in Manila, strategically located at Isetann Recto.
Waffle Time Inc. open its doors for Franchising, February of 2004 and its first Franchise outlet was situated at Morayta Manila.
Regional Offices for Cebu and Cagayan De Oro was established on May of 2004 and November of 2004.
By March 0f 2005 and May of 2005 Waffle Time Inc. open two more offices for Davao and Dagupan area.
