BRIEF HISTORY
UNION LABOR SERVICES COOPERATIVE was established in October 2008, all by ATTY HECTOR DE LEON known author of Collegiate reference book for Business Administration Course such as OBLIGATIONS & CONTRACTS also the PARTNERSHIP & CORPORATIONS through the collaborative effort of his acquaintances and friends that has become to be the Incorporators founding members of UNION LABOR SERVICES COOPERATIVE.
UNION LABOR SERVICES COOPERATIVE (ULSC) is under the umbrella organization of UNION SERVICES PHILIPPINES INCORPORATED (USPI) a well known Manpower and Service provider company in the Trade and Labor Industry for two decades already. While USC has now carved its niche also in same manpower and service supply industry. These two companies are both the brainchild of ATTY HECTOR DE LEON along with his friends and acquaintances.
UNION LABOR SERVICES COOPERATIVE is registered at the CDA (COOPERATIVE DEVELOPMENT AGENCY) with registration # 01015161655 while USPI is a duly registered corporation in SECURITIES and EXCHANGE COMMISSION and has accreditation certificate from DEPARTMENT OF LABOR and EMPLOYMENT, all this legal documents mentioned cannot be achieve without securing clearance and COR from various government agencies such as PHILHEALTH, BIR, SSS and PAG IBIG.
Moving force behind the successful Operation of UNION LABOR SERVICES COOPERATIVE, aside from ATTY HECTOR DE LEON himself are his acquaintances who are well known in the Retail Industry for their personal integrity, and expertise in People Management having worked in the labor intensive Retail Industry for 3 decades already like Ms. Lorena Gopela of the EVER SUPERMARKET CHAIN, and Mr. Rizalito Gaba of the CHAINMART before. UNION LABOR SERVICES COOPERATIVE had Mr. Rizalito J. Gaba as General Manager he also is one of the founding member of the USC. Prior to his working full time for both companies, he had been with the Chainmart of Supermarket for over a decade also, wherein he serve as one of back office officer, specializing in Salaries and Wage Management, thus all this force and expertise combined makes the UNION LABOR SERVICES COOPERATIVE as one of the most stable and established Manpower and Service Company provider in the country today.
