UKare Advance Dialysis Center (UADC) is the pioneer of free-standing dialysis clinic in the provinces of Isabela and Quirino of Region 2. It is the first and only DialyHome Spa in the region. It was conceptualized in 2016 and after a thorough feasibility study, UADC Santiago City main branch opened in 2017.
The name of our company, UKare, originated from the acronym of the United Kingdom which served as the second home for the founders of this dignified establishment. Aside from the UK initialism, they also formulated UKare as U (you-the patient), plus Kare (care), thus meaning “Patient Care.” Patient care is very important to the founders of the company as they were both Thomasian nurses [University of Santo Tomas (UST) alumni], who are passionate in their chosen careers to render holistic care to their patients. Hence, “Advance” has been added to the name of the Clinic such that they wish to serve the patients in an integrative manner, with a touch of an innovative dialysis experience, a home away from home.
