Transcosmos Information Systems Inc. (TCIS) is the Manila-based arm of Transcosmos Europe, a global BPO and IT support provider serving enterprise clients across EMEA, the Americas, and Asia. Since establishing operations in Manila in 2005, TCIS Philippines has delivered service desk, customer service, and e-commerce support for international clients.

Based in the Commerce & Industry Building in McKinley Cyberpark, Taguig, TCIS Philippines operates in a multicultural, globally integrated environment. The team includes multilingual service desk agents who provide remote support for troubleshooting, ticketing, and IT solutions under strict service level agreements.
