TMDC-Topwill Marketing Dev't Corp. has been established and was registered at the Securities and Exchange Commissions on February 20, 2010. It was founded the roots of the TMDC is date back 2006. It all started with a vision. When entrepreneur Mr. Felipe B. Chu started established a first supermarket in Camiling, Tarlac namely RCS Camiling Supermarket Inc. Mr. Chu observed the supermarket hobby of Filipino and opted to make a store offered a wide array of goods from groceries, apparel, household accessories and furniture at very affordable prices. During that time, the one stop shopping philosophy was still a novel idea to customers but with the excellent service and quality products it provided to become an excellent popular company in the consumer retail and wholesale business.Hence on July 2010, TMDC led by its President and CEO Mr. Felipe B. Chu opened its first supermarket store outside Tarlac province namely Save Wise Supermarket Phil.Initially, the TMDC first major foray into " Saving can be simple" segment through an adapted Filipino style supermarket called Save Wise.The company pioneered the market concept in the North Luzon.By 2011 three additional "Save Wise Supermarket" will be operational, including Pozorrubio, Tayug and Rosales Pangasinan province.
