On October 29, 2009, Legazpi City welcomed the first Mang Inasal store at Balintawak street, Old Albay at the back of the Albay Capitol. This was franchised as a single proprietor store last December 9, 2009, but was converted into Thalana Grill Corporation last January 1, 2017.
With the increasing demand for Chicken Inasal in Bicol, Thalana Grill opened its 2nd branch in Sorsogon last June 13, 2010. With its success in the same year two stores opened, the Pacific Mall branch last August 2010 and the Polangui branch last December 20109.
Mang Inasal Ayala Malls Legazpi its 5th store opened last December 21, 2015, and the year 2017 was another year for the company to be awarded two more franchises from the Jollibee foods Corporation, it opened last December 2017 for Mang Inasal - Capitol and Imperial branch.
As of now, Thalana Grill Corporation manages eight (8) Mang Inasal branches with the opening of Mang Inasal – SM City Legazpi (September 14,2018); Mang Inasal – City Mall Sorsogon (October 15, 2018); and Mang Inasal - Ligao (December 17,2018).
