Hard work, a lot of determination and an unwavering direction have what made a young Apolinar reached his dreams.
This young spirited boy from Pulilan, Bulacan from a family of farmers tried his luck in the alluring city of Manila. From working in a shop for military uniforms, Apolinar got the idea of making buckles to complete the uniform. Starting with a mere 500 pesos capital, he put up a metal crafting business and headed to Cebu City year 1953.
For 64 years in the industry the company has grown and has expanded its branches to Luzon, Visayas & Mindanao.
