STARBOARD MANPOWER SERVICES was formed and organized in February, 2002 and was registered at the Department of Trade and Industry on the 3rd day of February of the same year and was duly endorsed/approved by the Department of Labor and Employment, Bureau of Internal Revenue, and the Local Government of Metro Manila. To date, the company has more than nineteen (20) YEARS of exemplary business performance without any derogatory records in Government and private agencies concerned.
As the company grows bigger and better, our company evolved to STARBOARD MANPOWER SERVICESINC., a corporation that caters more clients and offers more jobs to our fellow Filipinos.

TRAINING
SMSI as Independent Subcontractor has our own training team that conducts training for our coordinators prior to deployment and provide them series of training right after for continuous learning and career development. We provide both administrative and operations specific training (per client ) making our people well-groomed and capable of handling employees as well as making us compliant to labor standards. KEY PERSONNEL SAVINGS
As the supervision of the work force is left to the manpower provider, the Client minimizes its operational cost by less maintenance of key personnel like supervisors, accountants, team leaders, etc.
FREE OF LABOR DISPUTES AND OTHER RELATED CONCERNS
Since the Client is not the direct employer of the detailed personnel in the operation, the manpower provider absorbs the full responsibility of any labor disputes concerning their wages and benefits. Similarly, the Client is free and harmless from the inconveniences brought about by the strikes of organized unions, whereby the continuity of business operation is guaranteed.
WIDE RANGE SELECTION OF QUALIFIED PERSONNEL
It is always a procedure for manning supplier to maintain qualified personnel from its pool. The client will enjoy selecting competent line up of personnel to be screened prior to posting. If in case, the selected staff failed to meet the working standard or whatever reason, the client will simply call for replacement without any additional charges. Personnel posting within 72 hours or less of notice are absolutely guaranteed.
TIME AND MATERIAL SAVINGS
When you maintain less personnel, the lesser the office materials and equipments you use, the lesser the office space you need, and the more time you save. Simply focus on business operations and productions and leave the entire processes and quality output from the personnel provider/contractor.
