The Mission of the HRD is to effectively plan, organize, direct and control Human resource of the Institution based on efficient operative functions of personnel planning, recruitment, selection, and utilization, training and development, performance evaluation and maintenance to accomplish individual, group, organizational and societal goals and objectives.
