Aimed at uplifting the quality of life of workers, promoting cooperation and harnessing people towards the attainment of economic development and social equity, Solutions and Innovations Labor Service Cooperative was conventionally and innovatively conceived by a group of professionals in 2023 and formally established in May 06, 2024.
Solutions and Innovations Labor Service Cooperative as a service oriented Cooperative, has developed a proactive solution that addresses the casual workers’ plight of low income and poor quality of life, as well as the issues of companies’ cost of recruitment and training, labor legalities and the low productivity that eventually results from the traditional engagement of service contracts. It also promotes activities of providing the members with sustainable, progressive, diversified but dignified sources of livelihood in the spirit of cooperation and entrepreneurship with environmental responsibility.
To date, Solutions and Innovations Labor Service Cooperative is moving and setting the trend in the corporate industry of mobilizing economic cost-effective and quality service to its clients.
