The Gaisano Grand Group of Companies, of which Shogun Management & Development Corporation is a part of, operates retail stores in various formats in Southern Philippines. The company offers general merchandise like; health and beauty aids, men’s and ladies accessories, sporting goods, bags and luggage’s, houseware, linen, furniture and home furnishing, toys, small appliances and hardware., cellular phones and cellular service plan contracts, cameras and supplies, pharmaceuticals, jewellery, optical and grocery items, services and products, photo processing services through its Malls, Department Stores, Supermarkets and Price Clubs.
The Gaisano South Group of Companies was established in 1978 by Mr Benito Gaisano with the opening of Gaisano South Supermarket in Colon Street, Cebu City. Under Mr. Benito Gaisano’s helm, the business grew from one store to eighteen stores and two hotels.
In 2007, reorganization took place. The Gaisano South Group of Companies became the Gaisano Grand Group of Companies.
