- To engage in, conduct and carry on the business of buying, selling, importing, exporting, distributing, marketing on wholesale basis insofar as may be permitted by law, all kinds of goods, wares and merchandise of every kind and description, but not limited to pharmaceutical finished and raw material products, herbal products, dietary supplement and medical equipment; and enter into all kinds of contracts for export, import, purchase, acquisition sale on wholesale basis and other disposition for its own account as principal or in representative capacity as mainconsignment of all kinds of goods, services, merchandise or products whether natural or artificial, distributor, manufacturer's representative, merchandise broker, indentor, commission, merchant, factors or agents, upon without engaging in investment solicitation nor investment taking activity from public investors.
- To purchase, acquire, own, lease, except financial leasing, sell on a wholesale basis and convey to the extent allowed by law, property of every kind and description as may be necessary or incidental to the conduct of its corporate business;
