Seed Hotel is a 29-room hotel that will start their operation on May 2024 in Tuguegarao City, Cagayan. It is an independent Filipino-owned hotel brand in the country. It has restaurant, coffee shop, KTV rooms, Conference room and an air-conditioned events place.

The Seed Hotel is a deluxe hotel mostly market primary to corporate market. Its clientele are combination of locals and foreigners.
