Over the years, the construction industry has undergone several major transformations and one key transformation was the introduction and use of aluminum cladding panels as finishing material. Richbuild founder, Ritchie Brijuega saw this as an advantage for his organization and formed Richbuild Aluminum Cladding Services in 2005 in a modest setting. Richbuild’s first major client was Mall of Asia where it began its humble beginnings as a construction player in the Philippines, and as its reputation grew from the completing of MOA, Richbuild started growing and procured more big-name clients such as Makati Development Corporation (MDC), Philippines Long Distance Telephone Co (PLDT), SMART Communications and Kapatid Network TV5 where it offered the same technology with great results.
Seeing the fast-paced growth of Richbuild in the ACP technology and business, the founder started to diversify into other lines of services in the construction industry by expanding the operations, workers and skills and equipment and enjoyed a good steady line of revenue and client growth. Come 2013, the founder yet again dared to innovate and rebrand his company, by changing it into Richbuild Metal and Technology, where it primarily started to focus on metal work, besides ACP work.
In order to meet the demands of more clients, diversified services, Richbuild expanded its fabrication facility, added more manpower, built a bigger warehouse, increased its fleet of vehicles and equipment / machinery. Richbuild also focus on the development of its employees by introducing more skills and management training to energize and empower its workforce. In the last many years, Richbuild has had a continuous steady flow of growth and success under the stewardship of its founder, Ritchie Brijuega and it further sees its growth and expansion in the years to come as a player in the demolition, excavation, land development, foundation & erection, design & build construction, façade maintenance, formworks, and equipment rental.
