History - Hortaleza” was established in the late 60’s, however, RB Hortaleza Vaciador and Beauty Supply Inc. is a corporation established in 1993 and owned by a Filipino businessman named Romulo B. Hortaleza. Currently, we have 32 physical stores in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. Our business is engaged in the wholesale and retailing of beauty supplies, and our common customers are salon and barbershop owners, manicurists, and others. Our main office is located at 4514 Valezuela St., Brgy. 590 Sta. Mesa Manila.
