Rayvill Electrical Construction Corp. is a Security and Exchange Commission (SEC)-registered Corporation with a principal address located at Lot 1A Block 6F Barangay Bahay-Pare, Meycauayan City, Bulacan, and has a satellite office located at 155 AV Cruz, Kalawaan, Pasig City. The company is also set to develop a 5,000 m2 land area in Morong, Rizal to cater to the increasing service demands of Meralco.

The company traces its roots when it was founded by Mr. Raymundo Villanueva, Sr. in 1978 under its original name Villanueva Builders Electrical Construction Corporation (VIBECO). In 1993, it was renamed Rayvill Electrical Construction Corp., the same name registered to SEC. Currently, the company has a total population of 500 employees catering to diverse services provided for Meralco.

Rayvill Electrical Construction Corp. is also an accredited contractor of the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB). Aside from this, our company is DO-174 compliant thus, we ensure to follow all labor and related laws and protect the interest of our employees.
