We are an SEC licensed legal entity that provides outsourcing services to organizations and institutions. We are primarily focused on providing support services for banking and financial institutions on the origination, servicing and closing processes for loan and mortgages and in online and in-store marketing. This includes preparation, origination, verification of related documents required for approvals and disbursement of loans, mortgages and delivery of products and services. In addition, we hire and deploy personnel required onsite for various branches, collaborators, distributors, and partners that include online and in-store locations across the region to support and assist customers, both current and prospective to acquire the products and services desired through promotion of loan and mortgage products.

To provide origination, servicing, and termination processes and people for banking institutions and financial services companies, including, without limitation, the provision of online and in-store marketing for loans, preparation of origination and related documents for mortgages and home equity loans, hiring and deployment of on-site personnel for branches, retailers, and other online or in-store locations in order to assist borrowers and potential borrowers with the loan application process, and other activities necessary, pertinent, or relevant to the foregoing.

Services/ Focus of Operations:

We can assist organizations and institutions that need to expand and grow into Metro Manila and nearby provinces, namely, Bulacan, Rizal, Laguna, and Cavite. This will be through providing sales representatives and shopping assistants both through online and in-person and, a set of distributed closing centers. This would be expanded to provide service in other key locations within Luzon, upon which it would be extended to Visayas and Mindanao.
