Prudential Employment Agency Inc. has been in existence as a manpower facility for several years. In 2010, a complete change in the management took place and the company was fortunate enough to have been adopted and led by its new President and Chairman, Ms. Maria Gina G. Fujimoto. Her headship addressed the fast-changing demands of globalization. As such, she redesigned the company’s business strategies to be able to cater to the rising manpower demands and needs of many different industry sectors.

The Company is active in sending Technical Interns to Japan under the POEA-OTIT (Organization for Technical Intern Training). In addition, the company is also vigorously pursuing the company’s participation in flourishing and emerging markets. The current trend in labor out-migration necessitated the company to become versatile in its desire to service the requirements of major industries worldwide be it in the construction and engineering; oil and gas; services; information technology; health and allied services and host of other industry sectors.
