Our Company
Preserv Building Maintenance Services Corporation (PBMSC) was formally registered under the
Securities and Exchange Commission of the Republic of the Philippines in January 3, 2017. It was
formed in pursuit of the owner to start his own business where he can put into good use his 10 years
of experience as a mechanical engineer from a private construction management company and from a
government institution. PBMSC came from the combination of the words “Preventive” and “Services”
which describe what the company is all about.
PBMSC is being supported by its parent construction – manufacturing company and its sister retail
company that was established since 1991 and 1999.
Situated in the country’s most populous and wealthiest city, Quezon City, Philippines, it occupies a
portion of a 400 sqm for warehouse and office area. It currently employs 10 administrative staff and
officers that are expected to grow on the following years.
PBMSC caters highly trained and efficient manpower solutions to institutions of both government and
private sectors.
