Powerminds was established on August 2002 by four enterprising young individuals with the primary purpose of contributing the Philippine labor pool not only an extraordinary workforce, but ordinary people performing extraordinary work.
At present, Powerminds of Asia, Inc. employs more than 3,500 personnel marketing different products ranging from branded cosmetics to children's and infant's products, to electrical supplies, appliances, grocery items, restaurant services, warehousing and production services. More than ninety percent of our workforce are assigned in the different malls and department stores nationwide as sales and promotion merchandisers and frontline personnel. Our staffs are specifically trained in basic sales techniques, interpersonal skills and fundamentals of merchandising.
Our company not only provides our clients with honest men and women, but we help bring honor to the men and women who work with our clients. Since 2002, we have enjoyed continuous growth with more than 20% increase in manpower every year. More importantly, our clients have experienced growth and productivity in their business proportionately contributed by our resource pool.
