Pope John Paul II Hospital and Medical Center (PJPHIIMC) was formed by a team of enterprising men and women from the medical profession and business sector who share the same idealism and passion for providing comprehensive and affordable healthcare. It was eventually registered under the Securities and Exchange Commission on June 17, 2011.

                Pope John Paul II Hospital and Medical Center (PJPHIIMC) is envisioned to be at the forefront in providing quality healthcare to the residents and communities of Las Piñas City. It aims to accomplish its goals and aspirations in partnership with the Department of Health (DOH), the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PHIC), and the various Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs).

                Pope John Paul II Hospital and Medical Center (PJPHMC) is strategically located 545-E Alabang Zapote Road, Brgy. Talon III, Las Piñas City. It is an 8-storey hospital standing on a 2,116 lot area and 15,000 floor area. Its staff consists of medical specialists and subspecialists that cater to the different fields of Medicine such as Oncology, Cardiology, General Surgery, Pediatrics, Ob-Gyne, Laparoscopy, Dialysis, Radiotherapy etc. Complementing the medical staff are allied medical professionals with experience in the hospital industry. It is likewise equipped with the modern medical equipment such as fully automated diagnostic machine, a CT scan, 2D Echo and Ultrasound machines.

                It is designed with ample basement parking space with provisions for commercial stalls to serve the needs of the patrons and staff as well. It is situated in the heart of Las Piñas City, where the biggest population of Metro Manila resides and is also very accessible via private and public transport farther north via the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX). A Hospital Information System is in place to ensure the speed and accuracy in providing efficient service to its clientele.
