INDUSTRY AFFILIATION:
Teleserv is one of the seven founding members of the Contact Center Association of the Philippines (CCAP). The CCAP is the premier organization representing the contact center industry. CCAP takes the lead role in promoting the Philippines as the country of preference for contact center outsourcing globally.
Teleserv has been part of the CCAP Board since its inception and takes an active role in the organization.
FACILITIES:
