The company was formed in year 2004 as an exclusive distributor for Colgate-Palmolive Phils., Inc. for Negros Occidental and has expanded later on in Dumaguete City. We have 2 offices with warehouses that are located in Barangay Bata and Barangay Banago, Bacolod City and in Dumaguete City.
There are more than 700 employees all around Negros Occidental and we continue to grow and expand. Our other businesses and companies are iMart convenience stores, Caltex (gasoline stations), SMART, and Chris Sports (sports accessories),
Rapide (vehicle services) (closed November 20, 2022).
