One Point Contact Inc. (OPCI) specializes in providing full technical services such as preventive and corrective first and second maintenance, 24-hour customer-service, and on-site support and program management to their large clientele of local and international banks who require support with their self-service financial products and retail point of sale system.

Our Company is headed by our President/CEO, Mr. Dominic E. Uy. He has established strong relationships with key customers from top bank executives and managers.  He has over 16 years of experience in Sales and Marketing.

Our Operations Team is headed by our VP for Operations, Mr. Magtanggol B. De Castro.  He oversees the Customer Service, Logistics and ATM Re-Work Group. He has extensive technical knowledge on multi-brand ATMs including NCR, Diebold and Wincor Nixdorf.  He has over 21 years of experience in the ATM industry.

OPCI is located in 833 Felipe Pike St. Brgy. Bagong Ilog Pasig City and have a multi hubs of machines and parts nationwide.
