One Cooperative Bank (One CB) is formed by the successful consolidation of the three constituent banks namely, Metro South Cooperative Bank, Consolidated Cooperative Bank, and Bataan Cooperative Bank, which started its operation to the general public on February 27, 2023. The bank has 5 branches and 5 Branch light units and satellites in Luzon and Mindanao.
