Okey na Okoy offers an alternative way of serving traditional Filipino
fares to satisfy the market’s demand for healthy and nutritious food.
Originally developed by La Familia Sizzlers and Restaurant of Baliwag,
Bulacan, our flagship product, Okey na Okoy (squash fritters) is made of
shredded squash, shrimps and onion, fried and enhanced with native palm
vinegar (sukang sasa) as dip. Our lumpiang toge (bean sprout spring rolls) is
made of mongo beans sprouts sautéed with other vegetables and tofu instead
of meat, then is wrapped in a rice wrapper. A truly appetizing treat! We also
put a twist on our lumpiang shanghai’s sauce to make different. Our
products are cooked on site to guarantee its freshness.
We also retail La Familia Foods bottled products such as Fermented
Fish Dip (Burong Bangus), Paksiw na Lechon, Pork Dinuguan and Beef
Serkele among others.
