Naga Queenstown Realty and Development Corporation, Inc., (NQRDI) was incorporated on July 10, 2013. Its primary business is to engage in, conduct and carry on the business of buying, selling, marketing, and developing real property in the Philippines and to own, use, improve, develop, subdivide, sell, exchange, lease, and hold for investment or otherwise, real estate of all kinds including buildings, houses, apartments, and other structures. NQRDI is the sister company of LYRR Realty and Development Corporation, the leading developer of horizontal housing in Bicol since 1996.
It holds its official business address at the 3rd floor, Deca Corporate Center (DCC), Panganiban Drive, Naga City. Said building is also the first building owned, constructed, and being leased out by NQRDI. It is a four-storey building with twenty-two (22) tenants as of date comprising of banks, law offices, schools, tutorial centers, insurance companies, salon and spas, and other private offices.
At present, it is developing two (2) vertical residential projects in Naga City (the first in Naga City).
The first project, which was launched last 2017, is a midrise condominium project which is known as Deca Sentrio Midrise. It is an eight-storey commercial and residential building with sixty (60) rentable spaces at the ground floor and four hundred twenty (420) residential units from the second floor to the eight floor. It is located in Blumentritt St., Brgy. Tinago, Naga City with close proximity to different schools, the Naga City Business District I and II, government offices, hospitals and churches.
The other project is a 16-storey condominium project situated in one of the busiest and most prime locations in Naga City – Magsaysay Ave. A 16-storey edifice with amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, commercial space, specialty restaurants, and ballrooms/reception hall. It has 194 condotel units and 150 residential condominium units.
