ElephantPal is a South East Asia's leading one-stop supply chain solution company, established in the early of 2023, specializing in beauty and personal care, maternal and child care, and health food categories, with multiple investment and cooperative factories in China and South East Asia.
As a start-up, we have been operating Localization in countries such as the Philippines, Malaysia, and Thailand from the beginning, selecting reliable brands and products that meet local market demand for distributors, and assisting distributors in optimizing product structure to improve profitability.
We have own complete 2B and 2C channels. For 2B channel, we independently developed an APP--ElephantPal, targeting small and medium-sized B groups in South East Asia. The 2C channel has several leading self-operated brands, including Scoban, Nykaa, Shawill, Akika, etc. Our own MCN agency has large influencers resources, and stable cooperation with local top influencers. Through social media operations, we assist brands in expanding their influence and garnering significant attention from customers. At TikTok Shop CREATOR Expo 2024, Elephant Pal MCN got the Platinum Agency Partner Award.
We are a team with experience in operations, supply chain, and IT technology development. Our main members come from companies such as TikTok, P&G, Huawei, Alibaba, Poison, and Shein, and the team is still expanding. We focus on understanding the market demand in South East Asia and building supply chain capabilities to serve the region. Also, Our fulfillment team has built local warehousing and logistics facilities, as well as cross-border customs clearance logistics solutions, providing a complete logistics infrastructure for commodity circulation.
