Milaor Trading Corporation was organized in 1987 to provide Nestle Philippines with warehouse and local delivery services within the Bicol Region. In 1989, Milaor Trading Corporation also began to provide Nestle with stock transfer services. In 1999, MTC was appointed as the distributor of Nestle Philippines' Ready to Drink products within the provinces of Camarines Sur and Camarines Norte. The following year, MTC was awarded as Nestle Most Valuable Distributor among its distributors nationwide.

Due to the growing demand for Nestle products within the Bicol region, Nestle required another Distribution center in Legazpi City. In 1995, the construction of the Legazpi Distribution Center started and was opened in 1996. That same year the Caceres Integrated and Transport Services (CITSI) was established to operate the warehousing and trucking services for Nestle. Legazpi Distribution Center served the needs of Albay, Catanduanes, Sorsogon and Masbate. In 2003, Legazpi Distribution Center was converted as the warehouse and office of the CITSI Distirbutor. And in 2007, Legazpi Distribution Center had its distributorship contract with Nestle Philippines.
