MAER Summit Konstrukt Co. is an infrastructure and engineering services Company, that was established in 1998 by Mr. Dino Mae D. Suelto with its present address at #43 Telstar St. Doña Vicenta, Davao City Philippines. The company is duly organized by under the laws of the republic of the Philippines and accredited by DTI, SEC, GEPS with a category AAA PCAB License.
After the Asian Crisis in 1999, the housing and construction industry were in shambles. Multiple companies were folding up, interest rates were skyrocketing, and banks started to foreclose corporate assets. In the middle of all of this, Dino Mae D. Suelto founded Maer Summit Konstrukt (MSK) in 2001 to address the eventual demand for general construction services post-Asian Crisis.
In establishing Maer Summit Konstrukt, Co., Mr. Suelto insisted that perseverance, cooperation, quality of work, and responsiveness to customer needs were the elements to move forward. Governed by such core values, Maer Summit Konstrukt managed to extend exceptional services to our customers.
This is reflected with the awards that MSK has garnered throughout the years. In 2015, The Department of Public Works and Highways Region X1 hailed MSK as the “Best Contractor of the Year” for being consistent in achieving the physical target accomplishment, completing projects on a timely basis, submitting complete and orderly documents, and extending immediate assistance and other services during disasters and calamities. MSK was also awarded by Holcim as the “Bronze Awardee” for two consecutive years from 2018 – 2019.
In 2020, Maer Summit Konstrukt, Co. aims to achieve excellence in all areas by equipping and empowering our employees and continually improve the effectiveness and responsiveness of our Quality Management System.
