COMPANY PROFILECompany History Loc&Stor 24/7 was founded in 2014 by Sam Peterson. Prior to its conceptualization, Sam was managing a Global company that managed, designed,and constructed self-storage materials and facilities across the world, with a focus on Asian countries such as Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and China to name a few. Through his experience and working with leaders in the self-storage industry, he gained knowledge and learned global best practices, which he later onapplied to Loc&Stor 24/7. After a year of business studies, explorations, and rigorous planning, he saw that Filipinos were ready for a world-class self-storage facility.

As of March 2017, Loc&Stor 24/7 is a member of the US and Asian Self Storage Association and the pioneer in numerous safety features in the Philippines, including full facility smoke detection and fire protection, digital CCTV coverage, PIN code access, individual unit alarms, email notifications, and round-the-clock security guards from a top agency. With two facilities in operation and a third underway, Loc&Stor 24/7 is determined to provide a world-class storing experience to more Filipinos.
