LIGHTWELL LAND INC. was established 2016 and is owned by its Chairman and President Jonathan T. Lim who is the principal driver of the company. He is a graduate of Ateneo de Manila University in Quezon City and has been highly involved in family owned business and is an investor in other real estate developments before establishing Social Homes Inc. which is owned by the Lim family and have projects and interests in Quezon City, Pasig City and Mandaluyong City.
Its mission to build innovative, responsible developments and functional communities that improve the way we live and play, providing value for residents by fulfilling aspirations and inspiring better lives.
The company sees itself in the forefront of creating communities to have a positive impact on its homeowners, its sales partners, its employees and those surrounding its communities.
OUR HISTORY
As stakeholders in Landmark Communities Inc. and Social Homes Inc. we have developed and completed communities since 2006.
As drivers of the projects, our executive committee have been in the industry since 1990's bringing with them years of expertise in their specific fields.
