Liberty Land Corporation is engaged in the real estate development of residences for middle-income families and individuals of Cagayan de Oro City. It is a family business founded by Mr. Tan ChuanTiong. Hence, on May 14 of 1992, Liberty Land Corporation was born.
In the same year, Liberty Land Corporation launched its first-ever project known today as Virginia Village in Iponan, Cagayan de Oro City. Thirty years have passed and the company has already developed thirteen (13) housing projects providing quality homes to Filipinos at affordable prices.
