KVG Philippines FZE Inc. is a domestic stock corporation which was registered with the SEC on January 30, 2023. At present, its principal address is Unit S4, 2nd Floor Business Center, La Terraza, Building 1131, Palm Street, Subic Bay Freeport Zone, Philippines.
It is authorized to provide the following services pursuant to its Articles of Incorporation: support services that include, but are not limited to, Complex Program Management, Logistic Support such as transportation, life support, interpreters, light construction/renovation and local procurement, Systems Integration that includes security, surveillance and communication infrastructure systems, Sourcing, Procurement and Delivery of products and services needed by customers in challenging and austere locations, subject to applicable laws and government regulations for the specified industries. The primary business purpose of the Company is to provide support services to the United States Government, as well as the Governments of Allies of the United States of America, and alliances entered into by the United States by providing the services needed by its military forces who will conduct various activities in Asia.
