It started operating since 1978 with four (4) second hand Knitting Machine at a rented 200 sq. meter factory in Malabon. The company experienced growth in the ensuring years and transferred to a bigger property in Caloocan by 1983.
The company as grown by leaps and bounds during the last ten years which its Chief Executive Officer attributes to management’s philosophy of setting up five-year goals for its corporate strategy. At this point in time, The Chief Executive believes the further integration of KNITASIA INDUSTRIES, INCORPORATED’s operations in ten years should be the company’s next goal. To prepare for this, the company needs to develop its organizational structure into one capable of corresponding to the demands of further integration.
