JCW OUTSOURCING AND MANAGEMENT SERVICES, INC. (JCW) is an independent job contracting services company specializing in production management and support services, including janitorial and maintenance work. It is registered with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) to engage in permissible job contracting activities under Department Order DO 174, series of 2017. It provides efficient, timely and effective job contracting services under a trilateral relationship arrangement.

JCW was organized in December of 2015 and started commercial operations in March of 2016. It is managed by seasoned HR and Labor Law practitioners who have been consultants of reputable companies securing job contracting services.

It has managed to grow to more than seven thousand (7,000) work force in a span of three (3) years surpassing all challenges related to labor inspections even at the height of the reform measures introduced by the present DOLE administration.

JCW has, likewise, positioned itself to be an outsourcing partner of companies who wish to be more creative in farming out its activities to third parties.
