JALGOR HUMAN RESOURCE PROVIDER, INC. (JALGOR) was incorporated in 2004 and obtained its license as a private recruitment agency from the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) on May 30, 2005.
JALGOR has already established alliances with a number of principals and employers in the United States, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Singapore, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, New Zealand and China. The Company has successfully processed and placed many Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW) in the medical and allied professions, construction skilled workers, domestic helpers, hotel workers to its principals and employers in various countries.
JALGOR strives to be the trusted human resource provider of both our principals and the client-workers by practicing the Company’s core values. The members of the Board of Directors are composed of successful professionals in various fields who are actively involved in the enforcement of the Company’s policies and procedures.
The Company has established the recruitment and hiring procedures and processes to ensure that highly qualified workers fill the job requirements of our principals. JALGOR maintains a database of its pool of applicants for the medical and allied professions, construction skilled workers, domestic helpers, and hotel workers to fast-track recruitment of highly qualified workers. The Company has set up internet connections to allow easy communications and a facility for principals to conduct interviews of applicants via the webcam. Also, JALGOR has already established good working relationships with various government agencies i.e. TESDA, OWWA, DOLE and DMW/POEA to ensure that the relevant programs of these agencies are availed of for the benefit of both our principals and client-workers.
The Company conducts a very thorough screening of the applicant’s qualifications including personal background to ensure that they match the job requirements. It undertakes the necessary measure to prepare the workers for their job assignments not only through document preparation but also through comprehensive orientation to set expectations on matters ranging from finance, culture, duties and responsibilities and pertinent laws of the country of destination.
