He attended several schoolings in Investigation such as, Criminal Investigation and Detection Course, Crime Scene Investigation and seminars regarding investigation.
He was been a Chief Investigator of the Tuguegarao Police Station for 10 almost years.
He retired from the Police service in the year June 1, 2013 with 30 years and 8 months of long service at the PNP.

It is duly licensed to operate a private security / investigation agency within the Philippines. Since his inception, ISPAI is already a member of the Philippine Association Detective Protective Agencies Operators and duly registered with the Social Security System (SSS), Employers Compensation, Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth), Home Development and Mutual Fund (PAG IBIG) & PhilGEPS Registered, with a yearly clearance from the BIR, DOLE, NLRC, SSS, NBI,PNP among others. Professional Security Officers / Security Guards:
A Security Officer is a uniformed professional, fully trained and knowledgeable of all post orders, operation logs, procedures, practices, and site layout. The Security Guard protects property against thievery, arson, property damage, and terrorism. This officer is also trained in customer service. He or She is on site to provide a concierge service as well as deter, detect and report any incidents which may occur.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must be 18 or older
Ability to speak, read, write and understand the English language
Writing basic incidents report
Testify in court
Interview witnesses or victims
Prepare case reports
Contact police, fire, or emergency medical services via radio and/or telephone
Must be able to work flexible hours 7 days/ week
Must be able to work shift work
Must be able to walk and/or stand during entire 8/12hour shift
Must be able to stay alert for 8/12 hours
Possess a neat, clean, and presentable appearance
Must be able to pass extensive background screening.
