HUMAN RESOURCE SOLUTIONS, INC. was organized and duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on July 24, 2001 for a corporate term of fifty (50) years. HRSI is registered with DOLE under DO-174 with License No. NCR-MPFO-78101-050521-927-R that will expire on May 4, 2025.
Its primary purpose is to engage in business of hiring out the services of its employees to the general public, of providing general services domestically, such as but not limited to clerical, janitorial, messenger, secretarial, delivery, receptionists, drivers, warehouseman, fashion consultants, sales supervisors, cashiers, food attendants, service crews, electrician, welder, pelletizer, graphic artists and mechanic of whatever kind and nature, and to this end, providing itself with such tools, equipment, machineries and work premises as may be necessary in the prosecution of its business.
