Holy Trinity Medical Center started as an outpatient clinic in 1998. Under the name Holy Trinity Clinic, it has benchmarked all its services in the eastern part of Pampanga and is currently the biggest healthcare facility provider in the area. It is licensed by the Department of Health, accredited by the Philippine Insurance Corporation, and a member of the Philippine Hospital Association. It is a DOH Level 2 Hospital with 41 beds and 6 ICU beds capacity.
