HM Transport, Inc. was established by Engr. Homero A. Mercado, the former President of JAM Group of Companies in late 1997 under SEC Registration No. A199816722. Its initial operation started with only four (4) buses using the franchise of Laguna Trans Company plying the route Sta. Cruz, Laguna to Cubao, Quezon City and vice-versa.

From the year 2000 to year 2023, HM Transport, Inc. continuously acquired the franchises of its various competitors. At present, all fleets of HM Transport Inc. are fully air-conditioned and equipped with audio-video, CCTV, and GPS, fulfilling its company’s mission of providing their customers with reliable and innovative vehicles.

The company operates 40 % of the whole fleet for its Sta. Cruz, Laguna to Cubao, Quezon City route. The buses start its daily operation with the first northbound trip in the morning in Sta. Cruz, Laguna at around 2:00am and end it at 7:30pm. In Cubao, Quezon City, the first trip bound to Sta. Cruz, Laguna takes-off at 3:15am and end at 10:00pm. During the day, all buses ply their route and make their runs, averaging four (4) trips a day.

The other 41 % of the whole fleet operates for the Company’s Calamba and Alabang to Lawton, Manila route. The buses’ first northbound trip start at 4:00 A.M. and 2:30 A.M. and the last trip at 11:00 P.M. and 10:00 P.M. respectively, averaging ten (10) trips a day.

For the remaining portion, HM Transport has also joined the Premium Point-to-Point Services with its Fairview-Ayala and Ortigas-Ayala routes. Likewise, the company has expanded its operations by providing Bus Shuttle Services (19% of the whole fleet) for employees from private firms and airport passengers as well.
