To engage in job contracting of employment personnel in the Philippines for purposes of providing services to manufacturing, industrial and commercial companies requirements for office, technical and non-technical, skilled and semi-skilled personnel, janitorial, building and ground maintenance, managerial services,salesandmerchandising,marketing,promotionsand

product distribution services, logistics and warehousing services, advertising and public relations and other services as may be necessary, related or impliedly incidental to or connected with the primary purposes

3. To engage in job contracting and outsourcing services for business, industrial, and other entities, office, technical and non- technical personnel, skilled, semi-skilled, and non-skilled industrial workers, janitorial, building and ground services, advertising and public relation personnel and such other activities as may be necessary, related or impliedly incidental to and connected with the foregoing purposes.
