It was registered in Security & Exchange Commission on November 1988 and its first business in distribution operation is with Wyeth, Philippines on the same year. The company was also a distributor of SC Johnon Philippines, Inc in 1990. In May 2000, the company started its business with Pilmico Foods Corporation and the rest followed such as Republic Chemical Industries (RCI), Boysen, Neltex Pipes Corporation, Sika Philippines, Inc, Phillips Batteries Inc., Dewalt and Stanley Power Tools, KSK, Fighter Wine, Prifoods.
